The Campus at NPAC
Located at 5 North Water Street near the Whaling Museum in downtown Nantucket, the NPAC represents a singular cultural achievement. Built nine years ago in a period of time when such projects were still economically feasible. The Campus boasts a 150 seat proscenium theatre, a bar and courtyard, and a 2,100 sf house for staff and visiting guests. NPAC will serve as a home for a resident Actors’ Equity theater company while supporting other cultural organizations, festivals, and artistic endeavors on the island. The house and theatre will also be available for special event rentals including private parties, weddings, and corporate meetings.

• Outdoor Courtyard which is spacious for various events.
• Bar - Legal liquor license, enhancing patron experience.
• Versatile and large Administrative Office accommodating up to 10 people.

BAR & COURTYARD - Adopting the British model of theater pubs, NPAC will create an inviting space for people to congregate and enhance courtyard seating and atmosphere
